1. Look through the cakes/cupcakes, each product has a section where you choose flavours, colours and quantities, most have minimums
2. All products are always in stock. We require these products to be ordered by 10.30am for same day

Tuesday- Friday 

8am -2pm

Saturday 7am - 2pm

IMPORTANT DELIVERY instructions

*Please be aware that we cannot give exact times of delivery, due to the amount of deliveries made in one day we can guarantee that you will receive it between times mentioned above.

*If you require cakes to be delivered at a particular time, we suggest you have the cakes / cupcakes delivered the day before. 

*Note that if there is no one available to accept the delivery, delays may occur that are out of our control. If the job cannot be left for reasons out of our control, it will brought back to the bakery and you will be recharged for the job to be re-delivered. This may result in the product being unsatisfactory provided due to the perishable nature of the products.

To help in delivering you should always make sure that you check the following details

• Recipient will be there during our delivery times
• The place of delivery can accept deliveries of cupcakes
• Any special instructions for Loading Dock deliveries
• All details of the recipient
• Business name
• Business phone numbers
• Office levels/correct unit numbers
• Correct unit / street number are provided -*If for any reason you as a customer have supplied incorrect delivery information and we cannot contact you or the recipient, this will result in the job being brought back to the bakery. You will be re-charged for re-delivery.
• Always enter the amount in the qty section
• If you make a mistake you can always remove or edit the product before checkout. Even after you have checked out you can still let us know of any changes within 24 hours... Just call us at the shop
• Go to check out - choose method of payment - Pay pal or credit card, all credit card ( except Diners) are accepted - **PayPal allows you to pay by Credit card, Debit card, Bank deposit or PayPal balance. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction. Please contact  us if you want to pay by direct bank deposit. Cheque or Money Order not accepted.
• If for some reason you enter the wrong amount for the delivery fee this will be re calculated and an email and/or phone call will made to you letting you know before the order is dispatched.
