1.       Inner west local to concord wets ,concord, Strathfield, Burwood, five dock, Ashfield, Rhodes and Homebush are all free
2.       Inner west not local ...15 minutes from concord west $10
3.       CBD $18
4.       North Sydney/ Eastern suburbs $20 
5.       Deliveries 25 minutes or more from concord west $30 flat rate
6.       Deliveries 40 minutes or more from concord west $50 flat rate
7.       please note that some of these are not listed on the delivery information when putting through an online order however it will be re calculated after the order goes through THANK YOU

• most products are in stock and for these product orders must be placed by 4pm for next day delivery 

• OR THERE ARE SAME DAY DELIVERIES ON SOME ITEMS THESE MUST BE ORDERED BY 10AM TO BE DELIVERED  OR PICKED UP BY 5PM THE SAME DAY

•  weekedays delivery times are between 10am and 5pm on saturday  between 7am and 1pm we do not delivery Sundays unless agreed by Lushcups and this will incure a 10% surcharge however you can pick up on sunday between 9am and 10.30am only from Concord

• For some products we require At least 2 weeks notice  under some circumstances we may be able to complete orders at shorter notice, so please contact us for confirmation before ordering.

• Delivery cost is between $10 to $50 depends on area
  
  
• Agreed Deliveries on Sundays attract 10% surcharge and pick ups on sunday from concord only between 9am and 10.30am
  
  
• Deliveries on Saturdays between 7am-1pm unless otherwise agreed
  Delivery fee may change depending on area and day
  
  
• Delivery can be made directly to your event venue - please provide the following:- venue address (and venue name where applicable)
  - contact person or event coordinator name
  - contact phone/mobile number
  - times available for delivery
  - any special delivery or setup instructions
  
  
• We use a personal delivery service so someone must be available to accept the order or prior arrangements made with us

Note that if there is no-one available to accept the delivery, delays may occur that are out of our control, and may also result in an unsatisfactory product being provided due to the perishable nature of the products.

There are, however some products that we cannot use a courier to deliver. In those cases we will contact you and discuss other delivery or pick-up alternatives.
