Yes ,we do last minute orders ..please be considerate when placing last minute orders .
When ordering on a Friday for last minute Saturday deliveries or pickups please have these in by 11am on the friday , in some cases we may not be able to sqeeeze your delivery in, it depends on how many orders we already have booked in for that Saturday and if it is REALLY last minute eg : you call sat morning for a sat pick up (only) that it depends on the day how we can help you ...

2. Inner west suburbs not listed above $10.00

7.western suburbs $25
8. Sothern suburbs $32
6. lushcups has boundaries within sydney any thing further than 40km from concord west is considered a boundary

most products are in stock and for these product orders must be placed by 10am for same day delivery or 1pm pick up weekdays and 8.30 to 10.30am pick ups on saturdays

Weekedays delivery times are between 10am and 2pm and on Saturday between 7am and 11am we do not delivery Sundays

IMPORTANT DELIVERY TIMES
please be aware that we can not give exact times of delivery due to the amount of deliveries made in one day however we can gaurentee that you will receive it between 10am and 2pm on weekdays and between 7am and 11am on saturday ONLY
if you require cakes to be delivered at a particular time we suggest you have delivered the day before

For some products we require at least 2 weeks notice under some circumstances we may be able to complete orders at shorter notice, so please contact us for confirmation before ordering.
- Delivery cost is between $10 to $45 depends on area
- Delivery can be made directly to your event venue - please provide the following:- venue address (and venue name where applicable)
- contact person or event co-ordinator name
- contact phone/mobile number
- times available for delivery
- any special delivery or setup instructions
- We use a personal delivery service so someone must be available to accept the order or prior arrangements made with us
Note that if there is no one available to accept the delivery, delays may occur that are out of our control, if the job can not be left for reasons out of our control it will brought back to the bakery and you will be recharged for the job to be re delivered this may result in the product being unsatisfactory provided due to the perishable nature of the products.
To help in delivering you should always make sure that you check the following details
1. recipent will be there during our delivery times
2.that the place of delivery can accept deliveries of cupcakes
3. all special instructions for loading dock deliveries
4.all details of the recipient (especially their phone number )
5.business name
6.business phone numbers
7.office levels/correct unit numbers
8.correct street numbers are provided
*if for any reason you as a customer have supplied incorrect delivery information and we canot contact you or the recipient this will result in the job being brought back to the bakery and you will be re charged for re delivering
4. Payment must be received by

If for some reason we cannot accommodate this request, we will advise you asap via email.

Towers
- Tower hire $20 non refundable
- We require a security deposit of $100.00 for the tower. You will receive a phone call from Lushcups to obtain payment. This will be refunded once tower is returned. Please see returned date on Tower letter, which will be attached to tower.
- Pick-up of tower depends on area/ you have the choice of droping back
- Delivery between $10 and $45 depends on area
- $150 if tower is lost stolen or damaged

Payment
- All prices are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars)
- A 20% deposit must be paid for all orders over $100 either by cheque or bank deposit upon confirmation of the order
- All orders under $100 must be paid in full before delivery
- Payment options we can currently accept are direct deposit/pay pal /eway all credit cards accepted
- We endeavour to provide you with the most accurate representation of colours on our website, but please understand that due to the different colours that can be produced on your screen, slight colour variations may occur.
